Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods

We offer standard and express shipping options to most locations.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

We start with contacting you as the buyer to ensure the details in the order are complete.

Processing time may be longer during peak seasons.

3. Delivery Time

Once the product is complete we will notify the buyer and prepare for shipment. 

Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
Express shipping: 2-3 business days

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

If you experience any delivery issues, please contact SRE immediately.

Customer Supplied Garment

SOUTHERN RESPONSE EMBROIDERY, LLC (SRE) embroiders new, unworn garments. Other Customer supplied garment(s), may be accepted to be embroidered at SRE'S sole discretion. Customer supplied garments (except hats) must be laundered in advance to accommodate shrinkage and fabric density changes. SRE is not responsible for any uncontrollable manufacturing mishaps, such as machinery malfunctions, unexpected performance of customer supplied garment(s), etc. SRE is not responsible for replacement/reimbursement should any Customer supplied garment(s) become damaged. SRE returns any damaged piece as is and with no refund for any materials used or time spent on the project. 

Copyright Acknowledgement

Copyright laws for embroidery designs aim to safeguard the originality and integrity of these works while setting guidelines for how they can be shared, sold, or altered. Customer represents and warrants that he/she has the unrestricted right to use, copy, and distribute each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, graphic, artwork, name, photograph, portrait, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property in the way it is to be embroidered on to the garment(s) ordered or supplied.  Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold SRE harmless from any claims, suits, or actions alleging copyright infringement. Customer is solely responsible for obtaining proper permissions and licenses from third parties whose rights may be violated or infringed. To use any logo, trademark or copyrighted items, Customer MUST have written permission from the true owner. A Customer may NOT use any logo or other graphic material in a manner which may infringe copyright. Customer also may NOT use any logo or trademark in a vulgar, libelous, disparaging or otherwise unlawful manner. SRE assumes no responsibility for damages or any wrongdoing that the Customer may cause using a logo, trademark or copyrighted items. SRE shall not be held liable for the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo, trademark or copyright that is embroidered on garment(s) purchased or supplied by the Customer as a part of the transaction with SRE.

Waiver of Liability/Hold Harmless

SRE will proceed with your order once we have received approval of the digitized file in writing. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. SRE is not responsible for any typographical mistakes or errors that are overlooked and later approved by the Customer. SRE cannot be held responsible for any damages that may be incurred as a result of the error or mistake after the order has been embellished and accepted by the Customer.

Digitized Files

While you may own the right to control the use of your logo, all artwork and digitizing created by SRE remains the property of SRE. All electronic files created by SRE will remain the property of SRE for our exclusive use in executing your orders. Because it is our policy to render art services for production orders solely on a cost recovery basis, any transfer to the client of rights to creative works and materials prepared or contracted by our personnel is subject to reasonable release fees commensurate with the creative services rendered and at a value as determined solely by us. 

Refund and Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone. We will be happy to make things right to ensure complete satisfaction. 

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process half to the full amount of your refund within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We first will strive to make the product over to your satisfaction.
